There are a whole host of various trees and rare plants, and the property boasts not only a diverse but stunning private garden.

Entrance
Moving inside there is a porch which doubles up as a boot room featuring a terracotta-coloured tiled floor. Passing through the porch, a small hallway with tiled flooring leads to the first floor via a staircase.

Sitting room
To the left, there is a fantastic sitting room complete with a Clearview log burner and triple aspect windows, flooding the room with light and with views out to the gorgeous garden. The sitting room has an attractive wooden floor and stylish classic radiators.

Dining room
To the right of the hallway, another tiled room serves as a versatile space, effortlessly transitioning between a dining room and an office.

Equipped with another Clearview log burner, this room also benefits from having two large windows making it a light and bright space.

Kitchen
The dining room leads seamlessly into the kitchen, which features a delightful four-oven Aga and a generous Belfast-style sink. Adorned with modern stone paved flooring, the kitchen provides ample space for a dining table and chairs.

The room also benefits from having exceptional double-glazed windows which are top-of-the-range and are sympathetic to the age and style of the property.

Larder and downstairs WC
Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a practical tiled larder and a separate downstairs WC. Additionally, a back porch/sunroom, connected to the kitchen, offers a cosy spot to unwind, read, and appreciate another delightful view of the garden.

First floor
Heading upstairs there are three double bedrooms, which are carpeted and offer the potential for fitted wardrobes. The views from all the rooms are delightful and, like the kitchen, have updated windows making them well-insulated, quiet and bright.

The family bathroom features a bath/shower unit, a WC, and a sink, all tastefully coordinated with a tiled floor and walls.

Garden
Moving outside there is a large single garage with an electric door and off-street parking for multiple vehicles. The garden accommodates various sheds for storage and offers numerous peaceful spots for relaxation.

Among its splendid features, you'll find an expansive vegetable patch, a designated fruit-growing area, and even a polytunnel.

Meticulously designed, the garden features various zones of different plants, flowers and shrubs and is a veritable gardener's dream and really must be seen to be appreciated

To the left of the gated driveway, discreetly nestled away, there is also a chicken coup and run, as well as the remains of a traditional icehouse.

The property has a septic tank, along with connections to mains electricity, water supply, and an oil tank.
