Approached through a five-bar gate and set back from a quiet country lane, this property offers outstanding family living and comprehensive equestrian facilities. The detached property boasts beautiful interiors, a modern detached office, very large drive with parking for multiple vehicles including space for horse lorries and trailers, a detached quadruple garage, conservatory, boot room, stables, manage, duck pond and large garden with mature specimen trees.
Upon entering the house via the main entrance, you are greeted by the light and bright hallway, which has an open staircase to the first floor, doors off to a front facing reception room, the kitchen, the sitting room and an inner hallway which has a useful storage cupboard but also leads to the ground floor bedrooms. Having this ground floor accommodation is extremely useful especially for multigenerational families.
On the ground floor, bedroom six is a generous double looking out to the front, bedroom seven is another double looking out over the garden and has an ensuite WC, washbasin, and room for storage. Bedroom five is a large single sitting between these two rooms and looks out to the side of the property. These rooms also have access to a spacious family bathroom fitted with a 3-piece suite comprising WC, hand basin and bathtub with shower over.
Centrally with views over the garden to the rear is the large kitchen which is truly the heart of the home. This beautiful country-style kitchen has been fitted with a range of natural and grey solid wood units, there are two sink areas, one a Belfast and the other is below the window overlooking the garden. There is room for a central island opposite the large 6-ring range-style cooker with double oven and it has an extractor hood over. The current owners have added several traditional dressers for additional storage (these are available by separate negotiation). Additionally, there is space for a tall fridge freezer, a freestanding cooker as well as plumbing and space for a dishwasher. A door off the kitchen leads to the large utility room which has fitted cupboards, a sink area, space for multiple white goods (the current owners have 3 washing machines and 2 dryers), and a stable door opening out to the large rear patio. A further door off the kitchen leads to the dining room.
The dual aspect sitting room is filled with natural light and has a grand stone fire surround with inset log burner, a set of double doors open to the dining room which has a large window looking out to the side of the property and has been fitted with modern laminate flooring. A further set of double doors open to the library/reading room. From the library is a hallway/vestibule with an additional entrance door accessed from the side of the property and a guest cloakroom.
Double doors from the library open to the conservatory which has been fitted with a solid roof to make it a useable space all year round. The large windows allow in lots of natural light and French doors open out to the patio area which would make perfect space for outdoor dining and entertaining.
To the first floor is a large landing leading to another four bedrooms, one ensuite whilst the other three are served by two family bathrooms. To the right is bedroom one, a great split-level room, providing space for a dressing area and separate sleeping area, further there is a walk-in wardrobe and adjacent is a large bathroom with WC, hand basin and bathtub. With a simple partition this area could easily become a master suite with its own bathroom.

Bedroom two is a generous double looking out to the side of the property. Bedroom three is another double also looking out to the side with an ensuite shower room and built-in storage cupboard. Bedroom four is a large single which overlooks the garden.
