This remarkable home spans three storeys and comprises four spacious bedrooms. The family bathroom serves three of these bedrooms, while the master suite enjoys the luxury of its own en-suite bathroom. The thoughtfully designed ground floor accommodation includes a welcoming hallway, a spacious sitting room, a kitchen diner and a utility room.

Outside, the property offers ample driveway parking with an EV charger alongside an expansive rear garden. Set against a scenic rural backdrop, the garden provides breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The outbuildings on the premises include both a garden room and a games room.

Planning applications, pending approval, have been submitted for a side extension featuring solar panels on the roof, as well as a single-storey rear extension. The single-storey proposed development aims to provide accommodation for dependent relatives, replacing the existing outbuilding. The application number is M/23/01094/HP.

Woodlands is approached via a gravelled parking area located to the side of the property, offering ample room for three to four vehicles and an EV charging point. A wrought iron gate leads to the rear garden, while a wooden pedestrian gate opens to a charming fore garden that guides you to the front door.

Upon entry, a quaint porch welcomes you, leading seamlessly to a hallway. A staircase ascends to the first floor and doors provide access to the sitting room and kitchen dining room.

Sitting Room
The sitting room radiates warmth, featuring a fireplace with a log burner, complemented by a tiled hearth and brick surround. A window allows natural light to stream in.

Kitchen Diner
There is a wonderful kitchen diner exuding character and functionality, boasting painted wooden wall and base units, ample worktop space and a one and a half bowl sink with a mixer tap. A window offers picturesque garden views. Equipped with a rangemaster and a convenient pantry cupboard, the kitchen also provides space for an American- style fridge freezer. Tiled flooring extends throughout while traditional larch doors and an open fireplace with a brick surround adds a touch of warmth and charm. Additionally, the room offers ample space for a dining table and chairs.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a utility room tailored to accommodate a washer and dryer offers convenience. Notably, planning permissions are being sought to expand the property. This includes the potential addition of extra rooms and an extension of the kitchen towards the existing outbuildings in the garden, offering exciting possibilities for future enhancements.

Ascending the staircase, you will arrive at a landing that provides access to three bedrooms and a well-appointed family bathroom. Each bedroom exudes its own unique character and charm, offering delightful countryside views through their windows. Two of the bedrooms are generously proportioned double rooms, whilst the other bedroom is a comfortable single room featuring dual aspect windows that flood in natural light.

Family Bathroom
The family bathroom serving these bedrooms is tastefully equipped with an oval-shaped bathtub, WC and washbasin. Complementing the design are tiled splashbacks, laminate flooring and an obscure-glazed window.

Master Bedroom
Ascending to the second floor, you will find the master bedroom. This impressive room showcases newly installed wardrobes, offering ample storage space. It features charming details such as a ceiling beam, exposed brick accents and a cosy window seat tucked beneath the dormer window.

Additionally, the master bedroom boasts its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a low-level WC, washbasin, bathtub with a shower over and an obscure-glazed window.

Gardens and Grounds
Upon stepping outside, you will discover a sizeable rear garden designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring multiple inviting areas, including a delightful patio. Currently, existing outbuildings serve as a garden room and games room, with potential for extension subject to planning consents. These picturesque gardens offer breathtaking, uninterrupted views over the adjacent fields and the scenic countryside beyond.
