The property is approached via a pathway leading to the front door and the side of the property, with access to the rear garden. There is a lawned garden to the side of the pathway and although it would benefit from a tidy it features a nice array of mature shrubs and planting to the borders.

As you enter the property you are greeted by a spacious hallway, with stairs rising to the first floor and doors accessing the lounge, the kitchen and a sizeable storage cupboard, which features a window to the side elevation.

Situated to the right is a spacious dual aspect lounge, running from the front to the back of the property, with windows to the front and rear.

To the rear of the property is the kitchen, which features a range of wall and base units, a stainless-steel sink with drainer, space under-counter for appliances and tiling to the splashbacks. There is also a window to the rear and a part-glazed door accessing the side of the property.

First floor
The landing grants access to three bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Bedroom one is a double room, with a window to the rear and a built-in storage cupboard.

The remaining bedrooms are both good-sized rooms featuring windows, with bedroom two situated to the front and bedroom three situated to the rear.

Completing the first-floor accommodation is the family bathroom, with a white suite comprising a low-level WC, a washbasin and a bath with shower above. There is also tiling to the splashbacks and an obscure-glazed window to the front.

Gardens and grounds
The rear garden is an excellent size and would make for an ideal family-friendly garden once given a tidy up. The garden is mainly laid to lawn and has a shed in situ. There is side access leading to the front of the property.

The property has mains gas, mains electricity, mains water and mains drainage.
