This three-bedroom property is situated in Kidderminster, close enough to the outskirts to enjoy the beautiful open countryside, but also close enough to the town centre for the convenience of shops, schools and pubs/restaurants.
Internally, the house has a warm charm with many appealing features, including a welcoming reception room, multiple fireplaces and three spacious bedrooms. Externally, there is a decent-sized rear garden that stretches quite a distance from the property, an attached garage and ample driveway parking.
Entrance
Upon entering, there is a hallway with a staircase rising to the first floor, a door on the right to the ground floor WC, a door on the left to the dining room and two doors ahead leading to the reception room and kitchen.
Dining Room
The first doorway from the hallway leads into the dining room, which features large windows that allow ample natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The focal point of the room is the fireplace, adding both charm and functionality to the space.
Reception Room
The second doorway from the hallway leads into the spacious reception room, which is centred around another fireplace and can comfortably accommodate a large gathering of friends and family. This room features large patio doors that flood the area with natural light and open out to the rear garden.
Kitchen
The third doorway from the hallway leads into the kitchen, which features wooden wall and base units, gas hob with extractor positioned above, double eye level oven, sink with drainer and plenty of countertop space for various appliances.
A well-appointed cloakroom, accessed via the fourth doorway from the hallway and featuring a low-level WC and a washbasin, completes the ground floor.
Bedrooms
Moving upstairs to the first floor, a landing provides access to the three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from a casement window and a bow window, both overlooking the rear garden and flooding in ample natural light. It also features a build-in wardrobe and has plenty of floor space for additional furniture around the bed.
The second bedroom is a good-sized double room, featuring a large bay window that also floods in ample natural light, but overlooks the front of the property, and it has plenty of space for furniture. Just off bedroom two is a room currently being used as a study, but has the potential to be converted into an ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom, a spacious single room, features a rear-facing casement window that provides a serene view of the garden and also has room for freestanding furniture.
Bathroom
A well-appointed family bathroom completes the accommodation on this floor. The bathroom features a low-level WC, a washbasin set upon a vanity unit and an over-bath shower with an easily removable grab rail installed on the wall. Simplistic white tiling graces the walls, complemented by a chrome towel radiator and two obscure-glazed windows for privacy and ventilation.
Gardens and Grounds
An enticing feature of this property is the enclosed rear garden which provides this remarkable home with a private family friendly outside space and will no doubt appeal to keen gardeners and those with children and/or pets.
Directly at the rear of the house is a small patio which the reception room doors open out onto and is bordered by many plants. Beyond here is a sweeping lawn that extends to the end of the garden, where there is a secluded seating area and steppingstones that lead to a green house.
