This semi-detached bungalow is situated in the quiet village of Areley Kings, close to the beautiful Wyre Forest for nature walks, but also close to the historic town of Stourport-on-Severn for the convenience of shops, schools and pubs/restaurants.

Internally, the property has a cosy aura with many appealing features, including a spacious reception room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with a small dining area and two comfortable bedrooms. Externally, there is a wide rear garden with plentiful room for outdoor furniture, an attached garage and driveway parking, resulting in a turnkey-ready bungalow.

Reception room
Upon entering, you are greeted by a welcoming hallway which leads you towards the reception room, as you follow it around to the right. Centred around a cosy fireplace, the reception room can comfortably accommodate a gathering of family and friends. The patio doors flood the area with natural light and both provide views and open out to the rear garden.

Kitchen
Adjacent to the reception room is the well-appointed kitchen which features wooden wall and base units, gas hob and double oven with extractor positioned above, sink with drainer and plenty of countertop space for various appliances. There is also room for a small dining area on the side, since there isn’t an appointed dining room in the bungalow.

Bedroom One
Following the hallway around to the left, you reach the two bedrooms. Bedroom one features an inbuilt wardrobe with ample space for free-standing furniture and casement windows overlooking the front of the property.

Bedroom Two
Adjacent to bedroom one is bedroom two, which also features casement windows overlooking the front of the property and ample space for free-standing furniture. Both bedrooms also benefit from radiators that sit underneath the windows.

Bathroom
A well-appointed bathroom completes the accommodation. The bathroom features a low-level WC, a washbasin and an over bath shower with simplistic white tiling gracing the walls.

Garden
Accessed via the reception room, kitchen or garage, this superb bungalow is nicely complimented by a pleasant rear garden. The outside space is completely enclosed by a hedge and fencing and is gravelled for ease of maintenance at the far end. In addition, there is plenty of room for outside furniture for alfresco dining on the patio area which stretches across the width of the garden.
