50 The Drive is approached via a paved pathway, with neatly manicured lawns on either side, adorned with a charming selection of mature shrubbery and planting to the borders. A gate to the side provides access to the rear garden.

At the rear, there is convenient parking accessible through an archway via a driveway that passes beneath a neighbouring property.

Upon entering through the front door, you step into a welcoming entrance hallway. Here, a staircase leads to the first floor and doors access the kitchen dining room, reception room, cloakroom and a handy under-stairs storage cupboard.

To the left of the hallway, you will find the kitchen dining room, equipped with wall and base units. The work surface incorporates a sink with a drainer and a mixer tap. Integrated appliances include an oven and a hob. There is a washing machine under the counter and further space for an additional appliance such as a dishwasher. Additional features include ample room for a dining table and chairs, space for an American-style fridge freezer, tiling to the splashbacks, dual aspect windows to the front and side and a door leading to the outside.

The reception room is located at the rear of the property and is bathed in natural light from a large window overlooking the garden and another window to the side. A fireplace serves as the focal point of this room, with a captivating feature glazed brick wall alongside. Additionally, a glazed door at the rear provides access to the garden.

A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor, comprising a low-level WC, a washbasin and an obscure-glazed window.

Ascending the staircase, you reach a landing that grants access to the family bathroom and three bedrooms.

Bedroom one is a spacious double room with dual aspect windows to the front and side.

The remaining bedrooms are situated at the rear, both offering lovely garden views from their rear-facing windows. Bedroom two is a double room, while bedroom three is a generously sized single room.

A well-appointed family bathroom completes the accommodation, featuring a low-level WC, a washbasin, a bathtub with a shower over, wall tiling, an airing cupboard and an obscure-glazed window to the front.
