This bungalow is an extremely well-appointed detached home that has undergone substantial modernisation throughout.

The current owner has spared no expense in upgrading both the interior and outside space. The renovations include a new kitchen and bathroom, the addition of carpeted flooring throughout, a newly gravelled driveway, rewiring, new boiler and landscaped front and rear gardens, both of which are flat.

The result is a turnkey-ready bungalow on the outskirts of Malvern that is being sold with no onward chain.

The property is accessed via a long gravel driveway that can accommodate up to three cars and leads to the attached garage. Accessed through double doors, the garage is equipped with power, lighting, and a pedestrian door that leads to the rear garden. The enclosed front garden has also been landscaped, including a lawned area with bordering shrubs.

Upon entering through the front door, you are greeted by a welcoming hallway. The hallway features carpeted flooring, a cupboard ideal for storing tall items and a loft hatch which provides access to the loft space.

Positioned at the front of the bungalow is the kitchen, which has been beautifully updated to an excellent contemporary standard. The kitchen boasts dual aspect windows that flood the room with light, matching wall and base units, wood-effect work surfaces with grey metro-tiled splashbacks, an inset sink with drainage, a built-in oven and an electric hob with an extractor above.

Additionally, there is Quick-Step Livyn Vinyl flooring which gives off a grey wood-effect and space for a fridge-freezer. There is space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer in the store room off the rear porch.

Living / Dining Room
Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious living/dining room, which enjoys a light and airy atmosphere from dual aspect windows, including a large bay window. At its focal point is a decorative fireplace with a tiled surround and there is ample space to accommodate a dining area to one side of the room.

The three double bedrooms and the bathroom are nicely separated from the living accommodation at the rear of the property.

All three spacious bedrooms provide space for freestanding furniture and have been neutrally decorated with white walls and grey carpets. Bedroom one has a window overlooking the rear garden and bedroom three has a window overlooking the side aspect. Bedroom two, in contrast, features patio doors leading to the rear garden, making it a versatile room that could be used as an additional living space.

The bathroom has also been tastefully appointed, as the current owner has refitted it as part of the extensive modernisation. It comprises a vanity unit, a WC, a heated towel rail, Quick-Step Livyn Vinyl flooring and a bath with shower above.

This superb bungalow is beautifully complemented by a flat south-facing rear garden conveniently accessed via the garage, patio doors or the side gate. The garden has been significantly improved by the current owner.

It is enclosed by fencing and predominantly gravelled for effortless maintenance, with a central lawned section, creating a tranquil setting.

Additionally, a wooden shed in the corner of the garden serves as an ideal spot for potting plants or storing items

The property has mains gas, electricity, water and drainage.

There is a security camera at the front of the property.

Broadband is available at this property.
