Field Farm House is approached through recently installed electric gates opening onto the secure block-paved parking area featuring a double garage situated to the side. The fore garden has a paved area to the side, with open access to the rear and another paved area to the front.

The paved area includes an ornamental wishing well, generously-stocked flower borders, window flower boxes, a well-established wisteria nicely framing the cottage, and a small lawned area with a classic street lantern to the centre, all being well-screened by mature trees and tapered hedging.
