Tucked away at the end of the estate, the property is approached from the road via a driveway providing off-street parking for two cars with a garage door located at the top. To the left of the drive is a front lawn and to the right is a pathway running along the side of the house leading to the secure rear garden.
Entering the property from the front door, the hallway is a welcoming space radiating to the sitting room, kitchen diner and first-floor accommodation. A downstairs cloakroom is situated in the hall and under the stairs is a useful cupboard for storage.
Sitting room
Situated at the front of the home is a good-sized formal sitting room featuring a bay window allowing for natural light and a coal-effect fireplace with ornamental surround.
Dining room
Flowing from the sitting room is the current dining room, which accesses both the conservatory and the kitchen. This is another good-sized room which easily accommodates a six-seater dining table, but could also be utilized as a snug or a study.
Conservatory
At the rear of the property is the conservatory with wood effect floors and patio doors opening onto the south-facing garden.
Kitchen diner
Accessed from the hallway or the dining room is the open-plan kitchen diner. Separated into two zones, there is a fully fitted kitchen to one side and an open space for a dining table and chairs to the other with a handy door to the rear garden.
This room has four windows facing onto the garden and the kitchen consists of wooden wall and base units, and white work surfaces incorporating a sink. There are several integrated appliances including a double eye-level oven, a four-ring gas hob with an extractor fan, and a dishwasher. There is also space to accommodate an American-style fridge freezer.
First floor
Upstairs are four bedrooms and a family bathroom accessed from the landing. The landing also houses a useful airing cupboard and the loft hatch.
Located towards the front of the property is the master bedroom, which benefits from a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room. This spacious room could fit several items of free-standing furniture and includes a window overlooking the front garden.
The further three bedrooms are all of good size, with bedrooms two and four overlooking the rear garden and bedroom two also having space for a double bed.
Completing the first floor is the family bathroom which services bedrooms two, three and four. The bathroom has part white tiled walls and comprises a panelled bath with a shower above, a WC and a wash basin.
Garden
Outside is a secure two-tiered gravel garden with planted borders between the levels. Due to its south-facing position and flat surfaces, this space is ideal for al fresco dining or entertaining family and friends.
Services
Mains gas, electricity, water and drainage.
