The Hampton is an amazing property with a welcoming façade. The front garden has been beautifully landscaped, there is ample off-road parking and a double garage.

On entry, the beautiful gallery staircase and landing impress immediately, with modern oak finish doors that radiate off to the ground floor rooms, a guest cloakroom and a useful built-in storage cupboard. Additionally, there is underfloor heating throughout the ground-floor.

To the left of the hallway is the front facing home office/study, which could be repurposed as a playroom. The beauty of this room is that it has double doors opening to the larger lounge area, so can be used independently or as one open space.

This outstanding home has a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living room which can be accessed from the double doors in the study or from the entrance hall. This extensive space is truly the heart of the home, designed with the whole family in mind.

The sitting room has an open feature fireplace (excludes any flue or stove) and doors that open directly to the patio and garden beyond. This space flows seamlessly into the dining area, which also has double doors opening to the garden and large modern floor tiles that continue into the kitchen space.

The kitchen itself features profile worktops, a Rangemaster cooker with an integrated Rangemaster hood, stainless-steel sink with mixer tap, integrated wine cooler, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

There is a separate utility room with space for a free-standing washing machine and tumble-dryer, a door allows external access to the side and a further door opening into the double garage.

The master bedroom is situated to the front of the house and over the garage. It has built-in wardrobes and a luxurious ensuite shower room with a large walk-in shower.

Bedrooms two and three are large double that have a large Jack and Jill ensuite shower room. Bedrooms four and five both with a rear aspect share access to the family bathroom which has a bathtub and separate shower cubicle.

For the bathroom and ensuites only quality, contemporary sanitary ware from Porcelanosa or Villeroy & Boch are used, in white, with stylish chrome fittings.

Services
At Highfields, fibre to the property is readily available, allowing for ultrafast broadband speed to make both home entertainment and homeworking as smooth and easy as possible.

Our homes are built with air-source heat pumps. These work by transferring heat absorbed from the outside air to an indoor space. Combined with a green electricity tariff, this is great news for not only the environment, but also your pocket.

There is also an annual service charge of approximately £251.00 for maintenance of extensive common areas.

About the developer
